just absolutely terrible. not professional and there is 0 after care. people after the linings of their pockets and no longer interested in customer satisfaction and service. this lady causes me and my family a massive amount of stress if there was a way to put 0 stars, i happily would

Wow! Everyone needs an estate agent like Mel on their team! Above and beyond is an understatement. Mel has recently had lots of awards and they are most definitely deserved. She is brilliant. On the ball. Her communication is amazing. Her commitment is incredible. Her and Liz make such a great team. Mel sold our house easily and made her side so smooth. As an independent estate agent her service was non comparable to bigger agents. She gives a personal touch and treats you like a person not ‘the next sale’. If I’m brave enough to ever move again I will 100% be using Mel and I will always recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much ❤️
